These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EonKarma application and related services (the "Service"), operated by EonKarma Global LLC ("EonKarma," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account, access, or otherwise use the Service. Your continued use of the Service at any time constitutes ongoing agreement to these Terms, including any updates made in accordance with Section 21.
You must be at least 16 years old to create your own EonKarma account. An adult account holder may add household or family members to their account, including minors, and is responsible for managing that information on the minor's behalf. Connecting a bank account requires you to be at least 18 years old, regardless of your account's signup age, with no exceptions.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at the email below if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
EonKarma is a personal growth and life-organization application built around seven core areas of life ("Pillars"): Health, Work & Purpose, Finances, Family & Relationships, Mental Wellness, Growth, and Community. Access to some or all features of the Service may depend on an active trial, subscription, complimentary access, or other entitlement provided by EonKarma. Available features, access levels, and paid offerings may change as the Service evolves.
EonKarma is not a medical provider, financial advisor, or licensed professional service. Information you track or view within the Service (health data, financial summaries, etc.) is provided for your own personal insight and organization only, and is not medical or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional for medical or financial decisions.
If you choose to connect a financial account — including checking, savings, credit card, or other supported account types — via Plaid, you authorize EonKarma to receive read-only access to the account information you approve. EonKarma cannot initiate transfers, payments, or withdrawals from any connected account.
Optional premium features are billed through our payment processor. Prices, billing terms, and cancellation options are presented at the time of purchase. You may cancel a subscription at any time using the subscription management options provided by EonKarma or by our payment processor, Paddle; access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period. EonKarma does not voluntarily issue refunds, including for a cancellation made partway through a billing period. Paddle acts as merchant of record and may handle refund requests under its own policies, and nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable law. Billing, cancellation, and refund requests are handled through Paddle; see our Refund Policy for details.
XP, levels, Eons, Spirit Root Shards, and any similar in-app progression metrics, collectibles, or virtual items are part of the Service's digital experience. Unless EonKarma expressly states otherwise in writing for a specific feature, they have no real-world monetary value, are not legal tender, cannot be redeemed for cash, and do not represent ownership of money or property.
More broadly, EonKarma may add, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any feature, tool, integration, or other aspect of the Service — including features not yet released, features currently in limited or locked availability, and features you may already be using — at our sole discretion and at any time, without prior notice or liability to you. This does not affect your right to cancel a paid subscription as described in Section 6, or affect fees already properly charged.
EonKarma includes a Business Suites / CRM module that may be visible within the Service but is not currently available for use. This feature is undergoing further development and internal review, and remains locked pending our own approval before public release. Its presence in the interface does not constitute an offer, availability, or a representation of its current functionality. We may change, delay, or remove Business Suites, or the terms under which it is offered, at any time before or after it becomes available, at our sole discretion.
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or data, interfering with the Service's normal operation, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Any intentional attempt to hack, exploit, sabotage, manipulate, corrupt, bypass, or gain unauthorized access to EonKarma, another user's account or data, or any part of EonKarma's systems may result in immediate and permanent account termination without advance warning or a grace period.
This includes attempts made through browser developer tools, modified or falsified network requests, automated scripts, exploitation of vulnerabilities, manipulation of application state, or other means outside the Service's intended use.
Whether the attempt succeeds is irrelevant. Intentional unauthorized activity is enough for EonKarma to act.
Where EonKarma determines that serious system abuse has occurred, termination may be immediate. EonKarma is not required to provide advance notice before taking action necessary to protect the Service or its users.
A user whose account has been permanently terminated for system abuse may request reconsideration no earlier than 180 days after termination. Reconsideration is discretionary and does not guarantee reinstatement. If an account is reinstated and a subsequent serious system-abuse violation occurs, EonKarma may impose a suspension or ban of up to two years. Further serious violations may result in permanent termination with no further reinstatement eligibility.
EonKarma may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account when we reasonably believe the account has violated these Terms, created a security or safety risk, interfered with the Service, or exposed EonKarma or other users to harm. Depending on the circumstances, action may be taken with or without prior notice. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to request review. Nothing in this section limits EonKarma's ability to act immediately in response to suspected security abuse or other urgent risks under Section 10.
Before closing your account, cancel any active subscription as described in Section 6. If you stop using EonKarma, take an extended break, or allow a subscription to end, your account may remain inactive or dormant so that you can return to it later. Account inactivity, dormancy, or the end of a paid subscription does not by itself mean that your account history is permanently removed.
Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you certain rights regarding your personal information. You may submit an account or privacy-rights request using the methods EonKarma makes available for that purpose. To protect users against fraudulent, unauthorized, or malicious requests, EonKarma may require reasonable verification before acting on a request and may decline or delay action where verification is incomplete, where an exception applies, or where retention is permitted or required by law.
Where applicable law requires EonKarma to honor a valid, verified request concerning access, correction, restriction, portability, objection, erasure, or other privacy rights, EonKarma will do so as required by that law. EonKarma may retain limited records where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, accounting, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or other purposes permitted by applicable law.
Where EonKarma reasonably believes a violation of these Terms, applicable law, or the security of the Service or its users has occurred — including attempts described in Section 10 — we may investigate, preserve relevant records, and cooperate with law enforcement or other appropriate authorities as permitted or required by applicable law. This may include disclosing account or usage information relevant to a genuine legal process, investigation, or an actual or suspected violation of law. We are not obligated to notify a user before doing so where notice would be unlawful, would interfere with an investigation, or is not otherwise required.
Email communications may be used for account-related, service, and security notifications. SMS communications are optional. If you affirmatively opt in to SMS communications, EonKarma may send account-related security notifications to the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies based on relevant security activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant EonKarma the right to use them freely, without any obligation to compensate you or credit you, and without treating them as confidential. We appreciate feedback and read all of it — this section simply means you won't need to be individually asked for permission each time we act on something a user suggested.
The Service, including its design, branding, code, software, systems, interfaces, features, and content created by EonKarma, is owned by EonKarma Global LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the personal content and information you enter into the Service, including journal entries, health information, financial information, and similar data.
That information is stored and maintained within the EonKarma system to support your ongoing use, continuity, history, and experience within the Service. EonKarma does not claim ownership of your personal information for independent commercial use and does not use it for purposes unrelated to providing, maintaining, securing, or improving the Service, except as described in our Privacy Policy.
Your ownership of personal content does not create any additional right to export, extract, transfer, or remove data beyond the export, download, transfer, or similar functionality EonKarma actually provides through the Service, except where additional rights are required by applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EonKarma Global LLC, together with its owners, members, managers, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or related to:
This obligation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EonKarma Global LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
If any claim, dispute, or legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is brought against EonKarma and EonKarma prevails, the party bringing the claim agrees to reimburse EonKarma for its reasonable attorney's fees and costs incurred in defending against it, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we may provide additional notice as appropriate. Separately, as part of normal account maintenance, EonKarma may require you to periodically re-affirm your acceptance of these Terms, including on a recurring 120-day cycle, regardless of whether the Terms have changed since your previous acceptance.
EonKarma is an actively developing service. Features, interfaces, pricing structures, progression mechanics, and integrations may change as the product evolves. We may add, modify, or remove features, and temporary bugs or service interruptions may occur. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes that significantly affect paid features or core account access.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EonKarma regarding the Service. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Notices to you may be sent to the email address on your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
